The following are the 5 fundamental things any project manager needs to knock out of the park in order to successfully manage, lead, and deliver projects. It’s by no means an exhaustive list, but there are few project managers out there who won’t have at least one of the items below in their top 5.

There are so many web hosting companies out there how do you know which one to choose? I suggest beginning by evaluating your business platform needs. Besides reviewing the current infrastructure I recommend using Google Analytics or another similar tool to help determine traffic and usage of your platform(s).
Every Sitecore instance includes search. You cant avoid it. The question is which product or provider fits your needs and scales with your growth. Usually this comes down to environment (mostly your network), cost, and the team’s willingness to try out new cloud architectures. If your team has chosen Apache Solr then you have a range of ways of implementation. Most Sitecore customers tend to choose Solr for its free open source architecture however the trade off is more development hours than top tier commercial products.
BI is useful. It’s pretty. But it never really matters unless you’re getting real value out of it.
